Everything you need as a Quick Quack manager to start hiring faster and keep your car wash fully staffed. Complete these six steps to get your team hiring-ready!

Quick Start Checklist

Complete these steps to get your Quick Quack Sprockets account ready to review applicants, manage interviews, send offers, and track onboarding.

Step 1
Login
  • Accept your invite from [insert invite email address] to activate your account.
  • Click the Accept Invite button in the welcome email.
  • Fill in your user information and set your password.
  • Click Complete Registration.
Step 2
Set Your Interview Schedule
  • Go to your Interviews settings.
  • Add the days and times you are available for interviews.
  • Connect your calendar so applicants can only choose times that work with your real availability.
  • Confirm your interview schedule is active.
  • Set yourself as the Hiring Manager on the jobs you manage.
Step 3
Review & Activate Jobs
  • Go to the Jobs tab.
  • Review the available Quick Quack job templates.
  • Check job details for accuracy.
  • Activate jobs when you are ready to begin receiving applicants.
Step 4
Review Candidates & Manage Interviews
  • Go to the Candidates tab to review candidates.
  • Select any candidate to view their application details.
  • Move candidates through the hiring stages as needed.
  • Use the Interviews tab to view scheduled interviews.
  • Reschedule, update, or manage interviews directly from the interview details.
Step 5
Send & Track Offer Letters
  • Select the candidate you are ready to hire.
  • Send the offer letter from the candidate profile.
  • Track whether the offer has been sent, viewed, or accepted.
  • Once the applicant accepts the offer, they automatically move into onboarding.
Step 6
Track Onboarding
  • Applicants automatically move into onboarding once their offer is accepted.
  • Review onboarding progress to see what paperwork is still needed.
  • Track completion on both the employee and employer side.
  • Once the employee reaches 100% onboarding complete, they move under the Onboarded toggle.
