AJ Richichi
Co-Founder & CEO
Richichi’s work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, Yahoo! Finance, International Business Times, and Vogue. After winning the New York State Business Plan Competition in 2015, Richichi was named as 40 under 40 recipient and “Technology Executive of the Year” in New York.
Richichi is currently on the board of Charleston Open Source and founded the global human resources conference DisruptHR in Greenville. He also volunteers as a mentor at the College of Charleston “ImpactX Program” and the Citadel “Bulldog Business Bowl”.
Pete Richichi
Co-Founder & CEO
Pete Richichi is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Sprockets, where he works closely with the CEO on overall business strategy and execution. He personally oversees the management of the company’s enterprise business and partner programs. Pete is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur. He grew his last business from a small regional distributor in the metro New York City area to a nationally recognized distributor of technology products with annual revenue of over a billion dollars. Pete brings an understanding of the value of personal relationships in business, the importance of a clear corporate vision, and the criticality of flawless execution. Pete lives in Folly Beach, SC, with his wife of 35 years. They have four grown children. In his spare time, he collects antiquarian books from the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries.
Chadwick Troutman
CMO
Chad Troutman has made a career of moving tech companies to acquisition through marketing demand generation. After spending six years in the Boston area, Chad returned home to Charleston with the hopes of turning it into the Silicon Valley of the South. When not hustling for work, he can be found kayaking some creek in the Low Country or having a beer with his dog Bentley on the back porch.
