Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor store activities and employee behavior to prevent theft and fraud.
• Conduct investigations into incidents of loss and provide detailed reports.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
• Train staff on security protocols and best practices to enhance overall safety.
• Implement surveillance measures and analyze security footage to identify suspicious activities.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken to address them.
• Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of loss prevention efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for law enforcement during investigations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in loss prevention or security is a plus.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and security practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
