Step 1 — Okta Login

- Ensure Sprockets tile is visible.
Step 2 — Open Sprockets
- Launch Sprockets from Okta and confirm the account opens.
- Check correct franchise/location is selected and dashboard loads.
Step 3 — Activate Account
- Confirm profile details are saved.
- Verify time zone is correct.
Step 4 — Update Notification Settings
- Open your Profile or Settings in Sprockets.
- Go to the Notifications section.
- Select which alerts you want (email, SMS, in-app) and click Save.
Step 5 — Update Job Using Template
- Create or edit at least one posting using the approved Massage Envy template.
- Publish the job live.
