Your Talent Network transition, explained

Whether you used Talent Network often or are just learning what was included, this page explains what moved to Humanly, what stayed the same, and where to go next.

What is this update?
Your CareerBuilder/BOLD Talent Network has moved to a Humanly-powered platform. The goal is to give you a more reliable, modern place to access the tools connected to your Talent Network.
Why is this happening?
Talent Network needed a more modern, well-supported home. This transition keeps the core experience available while improving access, reliability, and future support.
Who is Humanly?
Humanly is the recruiting technology platform now powering your updated Talent Network experience. Humanly helps teams engage candidates, manage interest, and convert more job seekers into applicants.
Will my pricing change?
No. This transition is designed to be cost-neutral. Your existing Talent Network investment continues on the updated platform, and Humanly has committed to not changing your Talent Network price point into perpetuity.
Will I lose any data?
No. Your candidate data, job information, and core Talent Network workflows will be preserved and made available inside your Humanly-powered account.
Will my current process change?
Your core workflows remain familiar. The main differences are where you log in, how the interface looks, and the additional capabilities now available to support your team.
Do I need to sign a new contract?
No. Humanly is servicing your Talent Network under your current CareerBuilder contract. Extending your agreement or adding other Humanly services is optional and not required.
What will be different?
You will access Talent Network through a new login and updated interface. Some tools may look familiar, while others may feel new because they are now easier to find and use.
Will there be additional features?
Yes. You may see added capabilities now and over time, including options like SMS re-engagement, applicant scoring, two-way applicant communication, and AI-powered engagement.
Will I need a new login?
Yes. You will receive instructions to access the updated platform. Setup is quick and straightforward.
Do I need to take any action?
Besides logging in, there is no immediate action required. Once your updated career site is live, you should update any existing links that point to your current Talent Network or career site by 6/30/26.
Will there be any downtime?
No disruption to your service is expected.
When is this happening?
This update will take place on 6/30/26 as part of a coordinated platform transition. You will receive access details and instructions in advance.
