Who should I contact If I have a question about the referral program?

What conditions must referrals complete for me to earn the reward?
You will receive your reward once your referral becomes a qualified customer. Only one reward is given for any qualified referral.
When should I receive my reward?
There is no specific timeline on when you should receive your reward. Once you submit your referral information we will contact them. If the referral becomes a qualified customer we will contact you with reward information.
Is there a limit on the number of referrals I can submit?
First of all, we’re really happy you like Sprockets enough to keep referring your friends and coworkers! Secondly, there’s no limit on how many referrals you can make!
What conditions disqualify a referral?
There are many reasons a referral may have been disqualified, including:
- Your referred colleague was already engaged with the Sprockets Sales Team.
- Your referred colleague did not purchase or sign up for the Sprockets boost platform.
What’s the catch?
There is no catch. This is our way of saying thanks to our awesome customers for a customer referral. Simply get the word out because there is no limit to the number of customers you can refer to Sprockets.
